  • What is PDF?
    PDF (portable document file) is a file that will look the same on the screen and in print, regardless of what kind of computer or printer someone is using and regardless of what software package was originally used to create it.

    Your computer might already have the software necessary to read PDFs - Adobe Reader (also known as Acrobat Reader).  If you don't have it, you can download it for free here.


    Do you accept money orders?
    Sorry, at this time we are unable to accept money orders.

    How long does it take?
    After your payment has been made, you will receive access to all the material within minutes, even seconds. You will be automatically redirected to our Download Page. Also, check your email - you will first receive an email from PayPal or MoneyBookers confirming your payment, then an email from us with all the download information you need. Check your Junk Mail folder in case you don't see our email; also make sure you check the same email address that you used to make your payment. Keep this email - you will need it if you want to access our Download Page at a later date.

    If you ordered a passport cover with your purchase, you can expect delivery within a week.

    I lost my download link...
    If you accidentally deleted our email containing the download link,  click here.  You will need your Paypal transaction ID to retrieve your download link again.

    I click on the download link, but nothing happens!
    If you are using dial-up connection to internet, be patient - it will take some minutes to download the Practice Questions. If your computer is set up to load PDF documents in the browser, for a while you will not see anything, just a grey screen. Eventually the document will be fully loaded and you will then be able to save it on your hard disk.

    I don't have a printer...
    You can use a printer in a cybercafe or anywhere else where printing services are offered, all you need is to access your email, open our message containing the download link, click on it, download the documents again and print them out.

    Otherwise, use our Online Training: more than 500 unique questions are available online, and you will receive a link to them in our email. You can practice as long as you want.

    At this time, we do not mail CDs o paper versions of our Questions.
